In the service-industry capital of the world, we started Hayashi with a vision of building an off-strip, food-centric community.  We are a bustling culinary experience delivering well-crafted original selections for every appetite. 

With its mix of top quality, familiar staples and imaginative seasonal dishes, our innovative concept from Chefs Brandon Fujii and Sung Hong combines flavors from around the world and Japan to create a breakthrough experience that encompasses both authentic dishes and inspired new favorites. We serve great Japanese cuisine with a fusion twist for those who don't take life too seriously.
